Don’t call it a comeback… We’ve been here for years.

Forney Industries has returned to their roots with the next generation of machines.

From the beginning Forney’s founder, JD Forney, had a very specific vision in mind for his business. 88 years later the vision remains the same; innovation.

Forney’s engineers examined every detail of these new machines to ensure they are intuitive, reliable and function successfully. Each machine is comprised of features adorned with innovation such as an integrated rubber mat to store tools, legs that double as a torch hanger and functional carrying device, easy-to-operate controls, and 15’ power cables and torches for an expansive working envelope.

The printed circuit board and its assembly are completed in P.R.C., but technicians at Forney Industries assemble the rest of the machine with sheet metal, aluminum die cast parts, aluminum extrusion handles and knobs—all of which are made in America and locally manufactured in Fort Collins, CO. Forney Industries strongly believes in the value of supplying jobs in the U.S.A, while providing exceptional value to their customers. This new generation of machines are reflective of those beliefs and continue to mirror the innovative roots that has made Forney Industries the company it is today—a respected leader in the welding and metalworking industry since 1932.

“The new Forney machines were developed by listening to years of customer feedback,” explains Jason Mahugh, Director of Engineering & Technical Service. “[These] machines have features that welders and customers are asking for and [they are] very easy-to-use. One of the best features is a unified control panel across all machines so if you learn to use one Forney machine, you can use any other Forney machine with no training.  All machines are backed by a comprehensive 3-year warranty that gives the customer a choice of warranty options with fantastic service.  We also back up our machines with our Expert-Tech services so if you need help or advice using one of our machines, please give us a call.”

Everyone at Forney Industries is incredibly excited about this next generation of machines, not only because they are reliable, innovative and well… amazing. They’re excited because these machines are a tribute to the very thing Forney was built on- a determination to make exceptional products for those who need them.

“It’s the Forney promise that the products we offer to our users are of the highest quality, and fit what our customers need to remain successful,” explains Steve Anderson, President and CEO of Forney Industries. “I am proud that my family started this company almost a century ago and high-quality has always been, and remains, paramount to all of us and our employees.”
