Developed.
Our engineers examine every detail to develop products that are intuitive, reliable and function as expected. This machine encompasses several innovative features such as an integrated rubber mat for tool storage, legs that double as a torch hanger, easy-to-operate controls, and longer power cables and torches for a larger working area. While these features are important, we’ve also designed and engineered these machines with exceptional arc characteristics that ensure an extraordinary welding and cutting performance.
Tested.
The printed circuit board and its assembly are all done in P.R.C., but our technicians assemble the machine with parts consisting of sheet metal, aluminum die cast parts, aluminum extrusion handles, and knobs that are manufactured in the U.S.A. We believe it is imperative to keep as many jobs in the U.S.A. as possible while providing exceptional value to our customers. Our technicians thoroughly test and document every machine for safety, reliability and functionality before neatly packaging and verifying the contents.

How does the new model 410 compare to prior 324? And why was synergic smart control removed? Is it not really needed? Trying to decide between the two models 324 and 410. Thanks
Based on customer feedback from the 324 (190 MP) we made a number of changes to the 410 (220 MP). The most important upgrade is that the 220 MP has higher amperage output and better real world welding performance and duty cycle. We also made it easier to hook up accessories and when connecting a foot pedal or spool gun the machine automatically senses which accessory is attached. We did remove synergic MIG as more experienced welders often find this feature annoying and would rather control WFS and voltage themselves. The overall construction of the 220 MP is more robust and plastic trim pieces have been removed in favor of metal. Both machines offer incredible value and will help you make fantastic welds. We hope this helps! If you have any further questions feel free to speak to our Expert-Techs directly at 1-800-521-6038 option 2. Thank you!
