These face shields comply with ANSI Z87.1 safety standards, providing you with excellent protection. Read on to learn about the new enhancements to the existing line, as well as new additions.

NEW ENHANCEMENTS:

• Ergonomic and increased protection with pinlock and ratchet headgears
• Headgear swivel locking attachment system now supports universal face shield/visors. Existing and previous face shield assembly and replacement parts will fit the improved models

Clear Face Shield Assembly with Pinlock Headgear, ITEM# 58600. This product has been enhanced and improved with an upgraded higher performance polycarbonate face shield/visor (ITEM# 58602) and ergonomic pinlock headgear with an improved swivel locking attachment system (ITEM# 58601).

Green Face Shield Assembly with Pinlock Headgear, ITEM# 58604. This product has been enhanced and improved with an upgraded higher performance polycarbonate face shield/visor (ITEM# 58603) and ergonomic pinlock headgear with an improved swivel locking attachment system (ITEM# 58601).

ITEM# 58601, Brow guard with Pinlock Headgear. This product has been enhanced and improved to include a rear swivel system that allows a more user defined contour to the head resulting in prolonged comfort, and a swivel locking attachment system that simplifies visor donning and removal. This headgear also features universal slots that will accommodate a wide variety of face shield/visors. Additionally, the brow guard and headgear are now black.

ITEM# 58602, Clear Face Shield/Visor. This product has been enhanced and upgraded to a higher performance polycarbonate material.

ITEM# 58608, Browguard with Ratchet Headgear. This product has been enhanced and improved to include a rear swivel system that allows a more user defined contour to the head resulting in prolonged comfort, and a swivel locking attachment system that simplifies visor/face shield donning and removal. This product also features a larger ratchet knob allowing for quicker and easier adjustments and a larger brow guard that extends overhead protection.

ITEM# 58603, Dark Green Tint Face Shield/Visor. This product has been enhanced and upgraded to a higher performance polycarbonate material.

ITEM# 58605, Clear Face Shield Assembly with Ratchet Headgear. This product has been enhanced and improved with an upgraded, higher performance, polycarbonate face shield/visor (ITEM# 58602) and a more ergonomic ratchet headgear with an improved swivel locking attachment system (ITEM# 58608).

ITEM# 58606, Dark Green Tint Face Shield Assembly with Ratchet Headgear. This product has been enhanced and improved with an upgraded higher performance polycarbonate face shield/visor (ITEM# 58603) and a more ergonomic ratchet headgear and swivel locking attachment system (ITEM# 58608).

NEW ADDITIONS:

The upgraded face shield program includes a more robust injection molded polycarbonate (PC) face shield/visor with ratchet headgear intended to compliment and round out our face shield program that now supports offerings for both the Do-It-Yourselfer (DIY) and professionals alike.

ITEM# 58609, Command PRO™ Clear Face Shield Assembly with Ratchet Headgear includes an injection molded polycarbonate face shield/visor (ITEM# 58612) with a multi-fit adjustment ratchet style headgear (ITEM# 58613) for high impact face protection. This face shield assembly easily fits over protective eye wear and respirators, accommodates a wide variety of headgear, and features a .060″ thickness offering more protection compared to the standard .040″ window.

ITEM# 58610, Command PRO™ Green Face Shield Assembly with Ratchet Headgear includes an injection molded polycarbonate (PC) face shield/visor with dark green tint (ITEM# 58613) and a multi-fit adjustment ratchet style headgear (ITEM# 58611). This face shield assembly easily fits over protective eye wear and respirators, accommodates a wide variety of headgear, and features a .060″ thickness offering more protection compared to the standard .040″ window.

ITEM# 58611, Command PRO™ Ratchet Headgear features a 5-position crown strap and 13-position ratchet suspension enhancing customization to individual wearers, easy-to-grip visor adjustment knobs, replaceable cushioned headband that helps keep workers dry and cool and, a 7-point crown adjustment to fit most head sizes and shapes.

ITEM# 58612, Command PRO™ Clear Face Shield/Visor features a thicker (.060″) injection molded polycarbonate face shield/visor with more conformity to the head and face. *Item not sold separately.
