The key purpose of the PAC 10 is to share ideas and insights to make Forney’s sales team, and the company, stronger and more competitive in the market.
In addition to the annual PAC 10 announcement, Forney Industries announces the 2025 Top Gun Award. This prestigious award goes to the top salesperson who executes at a high level and best demonstrates Forney Industries’ core values. These values include being Engaged, Innovative, Genuine, and Exceptional.
PAC 10 Winners
Forney is proud to announce the 2025 PAC 10 members selected based on their 2024 sales performance:
- Valentine Jackman: With Forney for 6 years, Valentine is the Northeast Region’s (Point of Difference) POD execution representative. He covers territory that encompasses New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
- Gus Lutz: With Forney for almost 30 years, Gus is the Southeast Region’s (Point of Difference) POD execution representative. He covers territory that includes parts of Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas.
- George Willis: With Forney for 5 and a half years, George is the Central Region’s candidate for (Point of Difference) POD and highest revenue in the East and Central region. He covers territory that includes Missouri, Arkansas, and Illinois.
- Michael Curry: With Forney for almost 8 years, Michael is the Texas and the West Region’s representative for largest revenue. He covers the NE Texas territory.
- Chris Henderson: With Forney for 5 years, Chris is the Texas Region’s candidate for (Point of Difference) POD execution. He covers territory in Southeast Texas from the Louisiana border to Victoria, TX area.
- Mark Argyle: With Forney for 4 years, Mark is the West Region’s candidate for (Point of Difference) POD execution. He covers territory in that includes most of Utah, Wyoming, Nevada, and Colorado.
- Clarence Boot: With Forney for 4 years, Clarence is the National Account Team’s representative for (Point of Difference) POD execution. Clarence handles the automotive aftermarket accounts in the US and Canada.
- Tyler McCoy: With Forney for 8 years, Tyler is the eCommerce Team’s candidate for (Point of Difference) POD execution. Tyler handles many of Forney’s eCommerce customers.

This year, Forney is proud to announce that the 2025 Top Gun award as Forney’s top salesperson in 2024 is… Gus Lutz!
Gus has been a pillar of stability in the Southeast Region. He will be completing this 30th year at Forney, later this year. Gus is known throughout the Region for his high level of customer service and sales support.
During his career at Forney, Gus has served in several roles from Sales Representative, Retail Account Manager, Regional Trainer and Regional Sales Specialist. Gus’s experience and product knowledge is invaluable and continues to be shared with the Southeast Team. He is one of the first to welcome new team members to the Forney sales team. Congratulations to Gus for winning this prestigious award!
