Dane Anderson: Chief Operating Officer
Dane Anderson, previously Vice President of Operations and Business Administration, steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer. With this promotion, Mr. Anderson expands his portfolio to include customer experience, procurement, and supply chain management alongside his existing responsibilities in warehousing, logistics, and business administration.
Since joining Forney Industries in 2019 as a Regional Sales Manager, Mr. Anderson has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, progressing through various roles within the company. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University, Mr. Anderson is confident to drive operational excellence and customer-centric initiatives in his new role.
Kenny Gensel: Chief Financial Officer
Kenny Gensel, formerly Vice President of Finance and Accounting, assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer. In his expanded role, Mr. Gensel takes on additional responsibilities in human resources and information technology, complementing his expertise in finance and accounting.
With over a decade of experience as CFO at Niner Bikes before joining Forney Industries in 2021, Mr. Gensel brings a wealth of strategic financial insight to his new position. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oregon and being a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Gensel is well-equipped to steer Forney Industries toward financial success and organizational excellence.

Both Mr. Anderson and Mr. Gensel will report directly to Forney Industries, Inc., CEO, Steve Anderson, consolidating leadership alignment and fostering synergies across key functional areas.
